The Statement of Claim was personally delivered on 7 August 2008 to the latter\u2019s office by one of the plaintiffs, <strong>Cresencio Pilao<\/strong> who is the incumbent Commander of Australia Philippines Services League. He was accompanied by a certain <strong>Ricardo Gerial<\/strong> of Quakers Hill. The other plaintiff is <strong>Arturo Sayas<\/strong>. Both Pilao and Sayas are reportedly ex-servicemen of the Philippine Air Force.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The case emanates from an editorial that appeared in Philippine Tribune on September 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Three witnesses collaborate having read the editorial in the Philippine Tribune: <strong>Lucas Cayanan<\/strong>, <strong>Dorothy del Villar<\/strong> and <strong>Ricardo Gerial<\/strong>.
