The meeting was organised by corporate lawyer but non-media personality Kate Andres. <\/p>\n<p>Contrary to reports that the press meeting was organised by Gawad Kalinga, Ms. Andres was the sole convenor who shouldered all costs, including the dinner tab of guests. <\/p>\n<p>Gawad Kalinga communications officer Maria Montelibano accompanied Mr. de Quiros.
