The Ateneo DReaM Team is appealing for donations in kind and in cash on behalf of the victims affected by the monsoon rain this August 2012. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The communities the DReaM Team is assisting are those from Olandes in Marikina, Cab-cab in Antipolo, Barangay Tatalon, Barangay Bagong Silangan in Quezon City, Binangonan in Rizal, St. Peter Parish in Fairview, Tumana in Marikina, Litex in Novaliches, Sta. Rosa in Laguna, and Praxis Areas in Masantol in Pampanga.<\/p>\n<p>IN KIND DONATIONS<br \/>\nMedicines<br \/>\no   paracetamol, amoxicillin, cefalexin, betadine, and antiseptics<br \/>\nDrinking Water<br \/>\nFood packs: easy-to-open and ready-to-eat canned goods<br \/>\no   Tuna in easy to open cans<br \/>\no   Pork and beans in foil packs<br \/>\no   Mixed biscuits<br \/>\no   2 gallons of water<br \/>\nHygiene packs<br \/>\no   Bath Soap and toothpaste<br \/>\no   Laundry soap<br \/>\no   Tissue<br \/>\no   Sanitary Napkin<br \/>\no   Towels<br \/>\nSleeping materials<br \/>\no   Tarps or tolda as makeshift beds and tents<br \/>\no   Blankets<br \/>\nPlastic bags and sacks to place the relief donations to be given per family. Set of clothes: tops and bottoms sorted according to age group and gender<br \/>\nComfortable footwear preferably rubber slippers and rubber shoes. The use of vehicles for hard to reach areas and volunteer drivers are very welcome.<br \/>\nIf you are in the Quezon City area, in-kind donations may be delivered to the College Covered Courts, Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Road, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. If you are in the Makati area, you may donate through the Rockwell campus of the Ateneo, through the Ateneo Law Student Council. If you are in the Ortigas\/Pasig area, you may go to the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, Ortigas Avenue Extension. <\/p>\n<p>For inquiries, please contact the Ateneo DReaM Team at (632) 697-7168 and email ateneodreamteam@lists.ateneo.edu.<\/p>\n<p>IN CASH DONATIONS<br \/>\nFor monetary donations to cover expenses for the provision of emergency hot meals, transportation of supplies and other as of yet unforeseen needs, please send your help through any of the following channels.<\/p>\n<p>Donations in Philippine Pesos<br \/>\nDonations may be made via the Bills Payment Facility of the Bank of the Philippine Islands.
