True enough, as of 9:00am today, our reporter found two large padlocks on the door of the office preventing volunteers, members, new migrants and newly-elected officers of the Management Committee from entering the office. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Later in the morning, a mediator who did not want to be identified obtained the keys from former PACSI president Julie Nunez. He was later seen having a meeting with President-elect Naty Millarez. Ms. Nunez insists that the election held on August 9 is null and void.
