It\u2019s his inflated ego. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n He has been with PCC since 2009.\u00a0 First as the PRO, then VP since 2010. Whatever his role \u2014 he is past his used-by-date \u2014 and he refuses to accept the constitution.<\/span><\/p>\n Anyone can nominate anybody \u2014 but they have to represent their Club and association. As such, he was always representing the Ateneo Alumni Association of Australia.\u00a0So when Ateneo resigns, they cease to have representation on the Board and therefore he is out.<\/span><\/p>\n His argument \u2014 in which he is trying to circumvent the constitution, is that he was voted in and he can stay.\u00a0He keeps trying to find loopholes in the constitution that will allow him. However, why then did he try and get an endorsement from the Filipino Cooperative to represent them in PCC?<\/span><\/p>\n He is also trying to get an endorsement from Australian Mindanao but they were not members during the election.<\/span><\/p>\n Unfortunately, Collado \u2014 along with Mildred Banan and Emma de Vera \u2014 don\u2019t want him out and all they\u2019re doing are delaying tactics.\u00a0They want him voting on their side in case there is an OLGR decision that comes out.\u00a0 Only 5 of the Board members are pushing for it.\u00a0The others are appear to be stupid and swayable.\u00a0Why is he still there? <\/span><\/p>\n In a slight twist, Bulseco wants the PADER committee dissolved.\u00a0 Because [he claims] the committee did not work. <\/span><\/p>\n Why does he want to stay?\u00a0Is it his twisted logic and feeling of self importance? He likes being part of the decision process although really all he has done is cause more damage to PCC.\u00a0 He can\u2019t even get the history of PCC right! <\/span><\/p>\n Just out of Nepean Hospital<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Continued stress from his questionable stay in PCC appears to be the reason for his enlarged heart.
