Slated to be the first ever Filipino indie film to be produced in Australia, popular model and actress Aprille Lim<\/strong> has accepted to play the role of “Sunset Girl”. <\/span><\/p>\n The film will be directed jointly by veteran movie director Mars Cavestany<\/strong> and Mon Carpo. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Auditions are currently being conducted to determine other cast members who will play other challenging roles in a movie written by Philippine Sentinel columnist Bernie Lopez <\/strong>who has a Master’s Degree in Communication Arts from New York University. Mr. Lopez is also a regular columnist in Philippine Daily Inquirer.<\/span><\/p>\n The story revolves around the life of a business tycoon who is bored with the wealth he has amassed in building his empire. A short local version of the story which was published in Philippine Sentinel several months ago has inspired the producer to create what is expected to be an award winning film.
