Actress Nikki Guevara<\/strong> appeared in Philippine TV shows \u201cGoals and Girls,\u201d \u201cAre You the Next Big Star?\u201d and \u201cAng Sugo,\u201d and was a performer in the local theatre scene before moving to the United States in pursuit of an acting career. <\/span><\/p>\n She is scheduled to appear in a coming episode of the CBS cop drama \u201cBlue Bloods,\u201d starring Tom Selleck.<\/span><\/p>\n Guevara moved to New York City in 2011 (where she is based to this day) to pursue a degree in musical theatre\u00a0 at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, then studied\u00a0 in London\u2019s Guildhall School of Music and Drama. <\/span><\/p>\n She landed roles in several US theatre productions, among them \u201cInto the Woods,\u201d \u201cThe Wedding Singer\u201d and \u201cThe Year of Living Dangerously.\u201d Back in the Philippines, she was in \u201cLittle Mermaid,\u201d \u201cCinderella\u201d and \u201c<\/span>Sleeping<\/span><\/a> Beauty.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n Guevara is slated to play Kim in a North Carolina production of \u201cMiss Saigon.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n She started shooting her \u201cBlue Bloods\u201d episode two weeks ago.
