Vicente Zamora Opilas (ret), passed away 24 July at the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>She was 92 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Opilas, an esteemed elder of the Corpuz-Agullana clans of Bangui, Ilocos Norte and Tayug, Pangasinan and a frequent visitor to Australia, is survived by her children <strong>Evelyn<\/strong>, Renato, Lorna Manodon, Yvonne and Raoul in Sydney; Rodolfo in London, Maureen de Lara in Quezon City, and Rommel Redentor in Ifugao;<\/p>\n<p>Children in-law Elizabeth Cadaoas-Opilas, Robert Manodon, Perla Orden-Opilas and Zenaida Dancel-Opilas; grandchildren John Paul, Eileen Marie, Vincent Rey, Maevon Lorraine, Michelle Victoria, Patricia Noreen, Jemima and Jemuel; and great grandchild Hel\u00e9na Juliet.<\/p>\n<p>She was interred at The Heritage Park in Taguig.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Filipinas Agullana-Opilas, widow of the late Col.
