This was announced by PACF chairman <strong>Mansueto Villon<\/strong> during a board meeting held on August 8 at the recently-sold site in Schofields.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Although present during the meeting, Kate Andres did not make a comment neither did she confirm her acceptance of the offer. Andres is a past president of the Philippine Community Council and has been a long-time corporate lawyer of a retail giant operating in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Reming Biala is a Certified Practising Accountant operating in Marayong. In the past, Biala has sponsored concerts in support of the MPC.
