Kakai Brosas, known widely as K Brosas, is a Filipino singer and actress known for singing jazz blues music. She is the lead singer of the group K and the Boxers, formerly known as Gladys and the Boxers with K, and also a former lead singer of the band The Crucibles. She hosts karaoke bars in various places in the Philippines. <\/p>\n
K Brosas has the ability to belt at high pitch with vocal acrobatics. She has been compared to the likes of Whitney Houston and Barbra Streisand.<\/p>\n

She has made various television appearances on Bitoy’s Funniest Home Videos, Idol Ko Si Kap, SIS, and SOP. She also appeared numerous times on Extra Challenge as both a challenger and guest host, and won twice in the GMA Network’s K! The 1 Million Peso Videoke Challenge. Her life story has been shown on GMA’s Magpakailanman, where she played herself. She portrayed the villain Divina Devinica on the popular 2005 telefantasya series Mar Ravelo’s Darna.
