The former La Salle volleyball star is joining Binibining Pilipinas 2018. This will be a new challenge for the 25-year-old Michelle Gumabao<\/strong>, who has made a name for herself as one of the key players of the De La Salle team that won three UAAP championships. The 5-foot-10 stunner has also represented the country in the international stage. She is currently with Creamline in the Premier Volleyball League.\"Michelle<\/p>\n

Gumabao was born in San Mateo, California<\/a> on September 2, 1992. She studied at the College of the Holy Spirit in Quezon City<\/a> before entering De La Salle University<\/a>, where she was a consistent Dean’s Lister<\/a>. On October 2013, Gumabao graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in marketing management from De La Salle University.<\/p>\n

Pinoy Big Brother Housemate<\/strong>
\nIn 2014, she joined the AirAsia Flying Spikers<\/a> for the 2014 All-Filipino Conference<\/a>. Gumabao did not play at the start of the tournament because she joined the Pinoy Big Brother<\/a> show. After her eviction from Pinoy Big Brother: All-In<\/a> on June 22, 2014, Gumabao resumed playing for AirAsia, helping the team to a fourth-place finish in the tournament. In the 2014 Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix Conference<\/a>, she played for the Generika Lifesavers<\/a>, which took over the AirAsia team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
