He draws intensive oil paintings in the 17th century Dutch style. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Remnim completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the National Art School in 2000. A year later, he obtained a Master of Arts academic award from the University of New South Wales. The Filipino artist was mentored by the renowned Sydney artist Charlie Sheard. <\/p>\n<p>Since 2010, Remnim has held seven solo exhibitions including Folded Lines at Broken Hill Regional Gallery. In 2015, his work has been represented in a number of prestigious group exhibitions, including a major event for Australia China Week in Tianjin, China.
