Yet that\u2019s what Malcolm Turnbull is essentially doing to our public hospitals. He\u2019s cutting the equivalent of 2000 nurses a year from 2017-2019.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>But it gets worse the longer Turnbull has his hands on our public hospitals. Turnbull\u2019s sneaky and unfair 2018 budget revealed that he\u2019s also cutting $2.8 billion from our public hospitals between 2020 and 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Malcolm Turnbull is so out of touch he is happy to cut from our public hospitals to help fund his $80 billion tax handout to big business. It\u2019s the wrong priority.<\/p>\n<p>Labor will fully reverse Turnbull\u2019s $2.8 billion worth of hospital cuts as well as funding 500,000 more life-saving MRI scans through Medicare. We can\u2019t wait until the next Labor government is in office to undo the damage done, we need to act now.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re building a campaign team to ramp up the pressure on Malcolm Turnbull.
