They bounce down at speed, thanks to being thrown onto it carelessly. It happens many times at many airports with several bags appearing to be damaged. It could be that contents are also damaged, especially breakable items, regardless of those visibly marked \u201cFRAGILE.\u201d The man taking the film was shocked to see the way they were being handled after boarding a different plane at the airport.<\/p>\n<p>At the Manila International Airport, a \u201cNo pocket Policy\u201d is now being implemented for all baggage handlers but somehow, there are still many complaints about missing items.
