Why are they now in a hurry?\u201d It\u2019s just a matter of days before the next administration takes over. Sources from Malaca\u00f1ang said that \u201cArroyo was leaving it to her successor to decide on the final disposition\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Commissioner Abcede however, insisted that the jewelries were just gathering dust in the vaults of the Central Bank.
