The original Trustees set up is being changed to a foundation under the Foundations Incorporations Act. Amended Articles of Incorporation and by-laws are being prepared.<\/p>\n<p>You are right \u2013 the same banana. I think they are really trying very hard to improve the situation under Luz Tique and the new CEO, Gerard Oblea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name withheld upon request<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nThey are doing it again!<\/p>\n<p>They are moving around various distribution outlets, gathering as many copies of Philippine Tribune as much as they can for the purpose of destroying the copies in an effort to stop circulation of any news about MPC.<\/p>\n<p>The same old tactics they did to another Philippine newspaper some years ago when Ms de Ubago wrote an article about MPC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fred M.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\nI don\u2019t want to have anything to do with MPC<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I admit I was a former director of MPC but I stopped attending their meetings many years ago. I told Luz (Tiqui) that I am resigning as a director.
