It was indeed a night of fun and entertainment at Maxim’s Function Centre in Bankstown NSW. The occasion was the 3rd Annual Induction Ceremony of Bicol, Inc. It was graced by the presence of Guest Speaker and Inducting Officer, the Hon. Consul General Ma. Theresa Lazaro.
