Businessman Neil Galang observed that many senior citizens who don’t have a car or can no longer drive have to walk a much longer distance just to reach a bus stop. This is especially true whenever they go shopping at Quakers Court where a bus stop is a bit too far away. The closest bus stop is in front of Holy Family College along Quakers Road or further down Falmouth Road.
State government action is needed before the Roads and Traffic Authority can implement the installation of a bus stop in front of Quakers Court.
