Filipino Australian Youth Musical Show by Solina Lapalma, PCC NSW PRO

The Philippine Community Council of NSW (PCC NSW) in collaboration with Filipino Australian youths, will be staging a charity musical show on Saturday 6:30pm., on October 14, 2011 at Bowman Hall, Campbell Street, Blacktown NSW. The project is fully supported by PCC affiliate organisations.

The musical production is entitled ‘Lift Off’ in line with its objective of uplifting the self-esteem and spirit of camaraderie among the Filipino community’s younger generation in NSW. It also aims to promote artistic talents of the Filipino Australian youth.

Featuring an array of young talents, and fully supported by performances of noted musical artists, ‘Lift Off’ is surely set to entertain the audience. There will be solo and group renditions of lively dance and contemporary music.

Entrance ticket is $15.00 per person on a first come first serve sitting arrangement due to the venue’s limited number of seats. Tickets can be obtained from the Board of Directors of PCC NSW. Proceeds of this charity event will go to the PCC NSW PADER Program (Philippine Australia Disaster Emergency Response), whose aim is to provide emergency relief assistance to victims of natural disasters in Australia and the Philippines.

PCC NSW appeals to all individuals, families and all Filipino community organizations to support the Filipino Australian youth to make this artistic venture a success.
