Kind-hearted Regina Benisano and her friends have pooled their own resources to send 1,400 teddy bears to children in Cagayan de Oro.The kids are survivors of the recent floods brought by typhoon Sendong. Many more were orphaned as their parents and siblings perished during the floods. Most, if not all have never seen a teddy bear before.
