Philippine National Day Ball June 12, Grand Pavillon, Rosehill NSW

The annual PCC-NSW Philippine National Day Ball (PND Ball) will be held on Tuesday, June 12 at the Grand Pavilion in Rosehill. Themed “Iba’t Ibang Lipi, Iisang Diwa”, the grand PND Ball commemorates the 114th anniversary of the Philippine Independence Day.

PCC-NSW President Atoy Sayas said, “This is our time to celebrate our unique heritage and to remind us of the sacrifices that our forefathers made to liberate us from our oppressors.”

The Philippine Independence day celebrations will coincide with various flag raising ceremonies initiated by the collaborative efforts of PCC-NSW affiliates in Bathurst, Parramatta, Blacktown, Campbelltown and Penrith.

The 2012 PND Ball is expected to attract high-profile Australian government leaders, officials and celebrities from the entertainment circles. A shortlist of confirmed attendees will be announced closer to the date.
