Registration for the OAV is until 31 October 2012. Requirements are:
Duly accomplished application form obtainable from the Philippine Consulate;
For Filipino citizens, original and photocopy of valid Philippine passport;
For Filipino-Australians, original & photocopy of Dual Citizenship;
Identification Certificate or Oath of Allegiance issued by Consulate or Bureau of Immigration.
