In a board meeting held on 8 July 2012, it was decided that the Philippine Health Care Association of Australia (PHCAA) will hold its Christmas Party and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 3 November 2012.
Venue chosen is the South Hungarian Club at 31 Glendenning Road, Glendenning NSW. It is a most suitable location with a stage, dressing room and a huge dance floor. There is ample parking space that will accommodate several cars.
Among the prizes to be raffled off is a return airfare to Manila donated by Arturo Sayas of Zignal Travel, a balikbayan box shipped free to the Philippines by Austral Cargo, a bottle of premium vintage red wine and a 12-month subscription to Philippine Sentinel, a surprise gift donated by Marvin Ang plus many more.
Tickets are now being printed and will soon be available for sale at a cost of only $40. Cost of dinner is included. Michael Jumawan will provide entertainment and music for dancing.
