Filipino is Labor’s candidate for council in Campbelltown

Rey Manoto is among seven other Labor Party candidates running for a seat in Campbelltown Council. He is the current President of Rizal Park Movement of Campbelltown.

Together with Consul General Anne Louis, he successfully lobbied for the development and improvement of Rizal Park where a bronze statue of the Philippine National Hero will soon be erected. It is a project of Ambassador Belen Fule-Anota who commissioned national artist Eduardo Castrillo to do and donate the sculpture.

Mr. Manoto is past president of PCC-NSW, UPAAA, and the Filipino & Friends Parish Community Association.
