Pedro Calungsod is the second Filipino saint who was canonized in October last year. Pedro was a young catechist and missionary migrant who was martyred for his faith in the 17th century.
The Musical will be staged by Couples for Christ’s 29AD Musicionaries with the participation of Sydney Youth For Christ, Singles For Christ and Kids For Christ members. The 29AD Musicionaries is a singing, dancing group who have offered themselves and their art to make our Filipino Teen Saint Pedro known, admired and emulated.
The Teen Saint Pedro Musical has been presented by the 29AD Musicionaries in Manila, Cebu and other provinces in the Philippines. Their presentation in music of the life of Saint Pedro is a work of love and faith.
