PACSI Office padlocked for 2nd time in 10 days by Dino Crescini

August 19, 2013. Having received reports that the PACSI office has again been padlocked, we sent a representative of Philippine Sentinel to verify the information. True enough, as of 9:00am today, our reporter found two large padlocks on the door of the office preventing volunteers, members, new migrants and newly-elected officers of the Management Committee from entering the office.

Later in the morning, a mediator who did not want to be identified obtained the keys from former PACSI president Julie Nunez. He was later seen having a meeting with President-elect Naty Millarez. Ms. Nunez insists that the election held on August 9 is null and void. Later during the day, the office doors were opened by the mediator from Blacktown Council.
