Consular Outreach Mission to Blacktown

The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney in coordination with the Philippine Australian Community Services Inc. (PACSI), will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission to Blacktown on Saturday, 6 September 2014, from 10:00am to 3:00 p.m. at PACSI’s Office, Suite 8, Level 1, 97 Main Street, Blacktown NSW 2148 .

During the outreach mission, applications for registration for Overseas Voting and the following consular documents will be accepted:

?  ePassport;

?  Notarials/Authentication;

?  Dual Citizenship;

?  Civil Registry – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage; and

?  NBI Clearance.

Applicants are advised to send (via e-mail at sydney.pcg@dfa.gov.ph or through fax no. 02962 7355) their forms and documentary requirements to the Consulate in advance or before 29 August 2014 so that the Consular Team can assess whether the submitted documents are complete and so that applicants can be advised beforehand of any additional document that they must present during the outreach mission.
