Dr. Alfredo Galvez, PhD has discovered the secret to turning on the good genes in your body! He has proven that we have more control over our genes than we may have thought.
The Filipino research scientist, who has a PhD in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, a BSc and MSc degrees in Genetics and Plant Physiology from the University of Philippines, has discovered lunasin; a component in soy that has the ability to turn “off” the bad genes and turn “on” the good genes in our bodies. This is known as epigenetics — a breakthrough in nutritional science.
