I should’ve looked up this list before visiting the memorial. It would’ve been a more meaningful visit. @Kenneth Ferrer, here’s a link explaining how the names were grouped and etched together, nationality was not a factor for the grouping which is why it’s hard to find Filipino names on the pool edge; it also has an external link that reflects the search categories on the electronic directory found near the pool.
