Pabico Club 55 earns top rating in sanitation

“I owe it to my years of experience as a chef in 5-star hotels in Manila and in Sydney,” said Mr. Lope Pabico, the shy owner of Pabico Club 55 in Mt. Druitt. He was chef at Hotel Nikko Manila Garden.

The restaurant got a Five Star rating from a Food Premises Assessment Report made by the Food Regulatory Authority of Blacktown Council.

His restaurant was inspected on May 28, 2012 and received a perfect rating in all aspects that include health and hygiene, food handling, pest exclusion measures, eating and drinking utensils, storage facilities, design and construction of premises, among all other matters that reflect on food safety. Not too many restaurants in Sydney have earned such a high rating in that same category.

Mr. Pabico applies the same measures of health and hygiene at Pabico Fast Foods and Asian Grocery Store, located at Westfield Shopping Centre in Mt. Druitt where he serves quality lunch at a very affordable prices. Both locations have become a favourite family meeting place since he took over management.

In a related development, Lope Pabico was awarded a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate by the NSW Food Authority under the Food Act 2003. The certificate was awarded upon his completion of the required units of competency in the area of Food Safety.

Pabico Club 55 continues to serve a fantastic dinner deal for only $7.00. Diners have a choice of 300gm rump steak, chicken or fish served with mashed potato and vegies. The meal includes soup and salad.
