Ms. Camille Trigo, majority stakeholder of Mix n Match Restaurant, announced the opening of a new bakeshop in Doonside NSW. The location is very close to the train station and right across the restaurant which is at the corner of Hill End Road and Doonside Crescent.
The still unnamed bakeshop will offer regular bakery items such as hot pan de sal, ensaymada, dinner rolls, cakes, pastries, cup cakes, siopao, and Spanish bread, among others.
They will also accept orders for different sizes and designs of cakes for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Customers are assured of fair and competitive prices.
Asked about another bakeshop in the area, Ms Camille Trigo pertly replied that she’s not at all worried about competition because the quality of her products will be superior.
Her partners Hannah Trigo and Greg Barreda, are already excited about the new bakeshop. Target opening date is in April.
