The plan was conceived some two years ago but materialised only this month. Members of the family flew in on several flights some of which were piloted by Captain Edu Soliman.
It was such a huge family gathering that reunited the Calayans, the Solimans and the Nideas, many of whom are originally from the Bicol region. Of course, it was Chef Neria Soliman who pampered their discriminating palate with her expertise in the culinary arts.
