Dear Fr. Paras:
I humbly call on you, as the “Settlor” of the Trust Declaration issued in 1990 for the Philippine Australian Community Foundation as a governing instrument of the Filipino Multi-Purpose Centre at Rooty Hill in the City of Blacktown, to convene a special meeting of the centre’s board of trustees to take up the Filipino community’s concerns over issues that can no longer wait for solutions.
Issues that have an impact on legal matters as well as the social well-being of the Filipino community in Sydney’s west need to be addressed at the earliest possible time.
I strongly support the urgent call of many concerned citizens of Blacktown, especially those who are both Filipinos and Catholics, for you to use your influence as one of the architects of a noble idea that brought about a multipurpose centre and to act on these concerns at the earliest possible time.
